McCusker Charitable Foundation supports abused children

Malcolm, Carolyn and Tonya McCusker recently attended a function at Government House hosted by the Governor of Western Australia to recognize key supporters of Parkerville Children and Youth Care (Inc). In 2010 Parkerville will establish Australia's first Child Advocacy Centre and the McCusker Charitable Foundation has made a donation of $100,000 in support of the project. The Centre will provide a one stop shop where a multi-disciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, police, social workers, psychologists, forensic experts and play therapists can come together to provide services to care for the needs of a young person who has been abused.
